On this page
1. Open My Courses for enrolled training
In the learning academy, select My Courses in the sidebar. Use Search your courses to find the title you expect. Clear the search before deciding the library is empty; a narrow search can hide a title.
The captured account says You’re not enrolled in any courses yet and provides Browse Course Store. That is an account state, not a course error. If you have not enrolled, browse the catalog. If you already obtained access, confirm the account you used before purchasing again.
2. Check My Ebooks for reading materials
Choose My Ebooks for purchased or unlocked ebook titles. Use Search your library. The empty state offers Browse Store and Browse Ebook Store.
A course and an ebook can have similar subjects while belonging to different libraries. If your confirmation describes an ebook or bundle, compare its included items with the library you are checking. A course search will not establish whether an ebook is present.
3. Recover an apparently missing item
| Check | What to do |
|---|---|
| Library | Use My Courses for courses and My Ebooks for ebooks. |
| Search | Clear the term and inspect the unfiltered list. |
| Account | Confirm you are signed into the account associated with access. |
| Purchase or grant | Review the actual confirmation and included items. |
| Still missing | Use Help & Support with the exact title and access details. |
Avoid buying a second copy simply because a library looks empty. A catalog listing proves the item is offered; it does not prove that this account has access. If a bundle is involved, use its inclusion list to name the missing component precisely.
4. Use Notifications for context
Open Notifications to inspect academy notices. The page provides All, Unread and Read views. Check All if a notice is no longer in Unread.
A notice can provide context, but the library and actual access result still matter. If a notice and the library disagree, include the title, message and time in a support request. Do not treat a notification count as proof of enrollment or completion.
5. Prepare a focused access request
“My Courses does not show the course named in my access confirmation. I cleared the course search and checked the intended account. The confirmation is dated October 12. Please help me locate the access associated with that course.”
Use your actual course title and date when contacting support. Provide an order reference only when needed; exclude card details and passwords. The linked help guide shows the real category, subject and message fields.
Common questions
Does the Store show only things I already own?
No. Use My Courses or My Ebooks to check your account’s library. Store is the catalog.
Why is my ebook missing from My Courses?
Check My Ebooks. Courses and ebooks have separate library destinations.
Should I purchase again if the library is empty?
First clear search, check the account and review the access confirmation. Ask support to resolve an expected item before buying again.
Where can I find a notice I already read?
Open Notifications and select Read or All. A read-state filter can hide it from Unread.
