Opportunities
Choose the work you want, manage alerts, and review each opportunity before deciding.

Set your opportunity preferences
Choose which services you accept, how much new work you can take on, and whether you want to review new opportunities. These settings are separate from your professional profile and appointment hours.
Choose opportunity alerts and SMS approval
Alert Settings controls how you hear about opportunities. SMS approval is a separate choice: one method takes you to a review screen; the other is described as authorizing a purchase when you reply YES to an eligible message.
Review an opportunity before deciding
Read the requested work, qualification details, deadline and price together. A useful match fits both your expertise and your current capacity; a qualification label alone does not establish that fit.
Before you accept an opportunity
Prepare the decision before taking a purchase action: confirm the service fit, the current amount, the offer’s status and your available capacity. Keep a purchase decision separate from simply opening an offer.
Understand expired opportunity options
An expired offer is no longer in its original review period. Some expired offers show a recovery option; others are no longer available. Check the action and total on the specific offer.
Compare Review First, Paused and Auto-Accept
Opportunity mode controls how you receive and review new opportunities. Review First, Auto-Accept and Paused are separate choices; review the current mode and settings before relying on them.
Read opportunity qualification labels
Qualification labels record checks associated with an opportunity. Read the specific labels on the offer, then make your own assessment of the service request, capacity, timing and engagement scope.
