Weekly budgets & Auto-Accept
Turn your revenue goal
into a weekly plan.
Start with the revenue you want to make. See a clear lead range, suggested weekly cap and the opportunity plan behind it.

A practical starting point
Plan around the practice you want to run.
A weekly budget gives you a clear spending boundary. Pair it with your service mix, client capacity and follow-up time so new opportunities fit the work you can deliver.
$250, $500 or $1,000 toward opportunity purchases.
The maximum opportunity spend you authorize for the week.
Review First or Auto-Accept, based on how you want to work.

Make spending easier to review.
Compare what you spent with the conversations, paying clients and collected revenue that followed. Increase your budget when the results and capacity support it.
Give automation clear limits.
Auto-Accept can reduce manual decisions when your preferences are well defined. Your weekly cap still matters, and accepted opportunities still need your follow-up.

Enter how much revenue you want to make from new clients each month. We’ll turn that goal into the clients, leads and weekly lead budget it could take.

Your conversion model
How many leads become paying clients?
- Revenue goal: how much you want to make from new clients in a month.
- Lead cost: what you spend to secure one opportunity.
- Close rate: how many leads become paying clients.
- Weekly budget: the maximum you choose to spend on leads each week.

Pick a weekly lead budget
What each weekly budget could model.
Weekly budget = the most you choose to spend on leads in one week.

This calculator does not change your settings, purchase funding or enable Auto-Accept. Revenue, lead supply, collection timing and client outcomes are never guaranteed.
Put your plan into practice
Set your weekly opportunity cap.
Your weekly budget is an enforced cap on opportunity spending. It is separate from the amount you fund and the client capacity you select.
Open your opportunity preferences.
Go to Settings → Opportunities → Preferences.
Choose the work your practice can take.
Review Services you accept, Availability and New-client capacity. A capacity setting describes your workload preference; it does not guarantee clients.
Choose your weekly spending cap.
Under Keep decisions inside your operating limits, find Weekly opportunity safeguard. Select the monetary cap that fits your plan. No limit removes the weekly spending cap; choose it only if that is what you intend.
Save and check.
Select Save preferences. Reopen Preferences and confirm the cap and other selections. If the page reports an error or a setting reverts, correct it before relying on the change.
Fewer manual decisions
Use Auto-Accept with a plan.
Auto-Accept is available. Use it when you are ready to authorize automatic opportunity purchases within your saved preferences and weekly cap.
Define your fit
Select services, availability and client capacity your practice can support.
Set your weekly cap
Choose a spending limit you are comfortable authorizing.
Enable Auto-Accept
Review purchase authorization, save preferences and confirm the mode.
Review results
Check secured opportunities, spending and follow-up. Adjust as you learn.

Review the settings that guide purchases.
In Settings → Opportunities → Preferences, review services, availability, client capacity and your weekly spending cap before switching modes.
Select Auto-Accept.
Find Opportunity mode and choose Auto-Accept. Read the purchase authorization and any additional safeguards shown before confirming.
Save and confirm the active mode.
Select Save preferences, then reopen the page to check that Auto-Accept and your intended cap remain selected. A click without a saved confirmation is not enough.
Check new work and follow up.
Review Opportunities → Secured and your credit history. Contact prospects, agree on the engagement and track results. To make decisions individually again, select Review First and save. Use Paused when you are not accepting new opportunity work.
Build a weekly habit
Review. Learn. Adjust.
Choose one day each week to review your practice’s results. Look at opportunities from the same purchase period so later client payments do not distort the comparison.
| Track | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Opportunities purchased and spend | How much acquisition activity you paid for. |
| Follow-ups and conversations | Whether you are working the opportunities you accepted. |
| New paying clients | Your measured purchase-to-paying-client conversion. |
| Collected client payments | Revenue actually received, separate from proposals and projected value. |
| Platform fees and delivery costs | What remains after acquisition and service costs. |
| Remaining client capacity | Whether your practice can responsibly take on more work. |
If the economics and your capacity support more work, consider a higher cap. If follow-up is slipping or costs are exceeding the value you collect, lower the cap, refine your preferences or pause new opportunities while you review.
Compare funding packages →Common questions
Does a $250 package mean I receive 250 leads?
No. It is $250 in opportunity funding. Opportunity prices vary, and purchasing a package does not guarantee a number of leads or paying clients.
Is $1,000 the most I can spend?
No. It is the largest individual package listed here. You can purchase additional packages. Your weekly opportunity cap is a separate spending control.
Does setting a budget guarantee that it will be spent?
No. A weekly cap is a maximum, not a promise of opportunity supply, purchases or client revenue.
Will Auto-Accept guarantee more clients?
No. It changes how eligible opportunities are accepted. Matching supply, your fit, follow-up and the prospect’s decision still affect whether an engagement happens.
Is the calculator showing money I will receive this week?
No. It models the value of opportunities purchased during your planning period using your inputs. Client work and collections may happen later. It is not a cash-flow or payout forecast.
Can I use credits or the weekly budget to pay platform fees?
Opportunity funding and the opportunity spending cap cover opportunity purchases. The 30% platform fee on payments for Uncle Kam–supplied clients is a separate charge.
When a purchase needs review
Auto-Accept purchases remain subject to the opportunity-review policy. If a purchase appears to have exceeded your authorized settings or weekly cap, submit the opportunity reference, event time and issue within 30 days of securing it. Turning off automatic acceptance stops future automatic decisions when effective; it does not undo completed purchases. A pending review does not create available credits, and a restoration must not be assumed to reset weekly spending usage.
