1. Start with the full secured list
Choose Opportunities → Secured. Clear Search secured opportunities and choose All services and All statuses when you need the broadest view.
Search and filters work together to narrow the visible results. If you are looking for a particular record, change one filter at a time so you know which choice affected the list.
2. Choose the status you want to view
The status menu includes New, Outreach Attempted, Contacted, Appointment Scheduled, Proposal Sent, Won, Lost and Invalid / Disputed.
For example, choose Appointment Scheduled to look for records carrying that status. This does not book a meeting. Likewise, choosing Invalid / Disputed does not submit a dispute, and choosing Won does not create an agreement.
3. Read the record and its related work
Inspect the record you find and compare its status with the relevant client activity. If you need appointment details, use Appointments. If you need the scope or agreement state, inspect the related job rather than relying on an opportunity label.
This menu only narrows the list. To change a record, open the record and use its editing controls, then check the saved result.
4. Troubleshoot an empty result
- Clear the search text.
- Return service and status to All.
- Confirm the account and the opportunity reference.
- Check the actual acceptance result if you expected a newly secured offer.
Common questions
Does choosing Contacted update the opportunity?
No. Filter by status changes the list being viewed. It is separate from any record-editing control.
Does Appointment Scheduled create a booking?
No. Book and check appointments in the Appointments area.
Does Invalid / Disputed submit a review request?
No. It is a status-filter choice. A review request and resulting decision are separate events.
