Read the offer before selecting it
In Add opportunity credits, compare the price with the number of opportunity credits. When a pack includes a bonus, its label says Pilot bonus and identifies the additional credits.
Do not add that bonus a second time if the displayed pack total already includes it. Check the selected credit value and purchase review before authorizing the amount.
Work through the arithmetic
The 25-credit bonus is included in 525; it is not an additional $25 payment. This illustrates the displayed offer, not a permanent bonus or a universal credit-conversion policy.
Keep a later adjustment separate
The Billing & Credits explanation describes adjustments as separate credit events. To inspect activity, open Marketplace credit history and compare the available description, reference, amount and date with the issue being reviewed.
Do not infer an approved adjustment from a support request, an Invalid / Disputed filter or a bonus shown on a different pack. They are separate pieces of information.
Bonus expiry and retained purchased credits
Purchased Opportunity Credits have no automatic expiration and remain recorded when you pause or close the account. Bonus credits normally expire 90 days after issuance unless the applicable written offer provides a different expiration. Available bonus credits are used before purchased credits unless that offer specifies otherwise. A dated pilot bonus example does not establish a current bonus amount or a universal dollar-to-credit conversion. Read the written offer and keep its expiration information.

Common questions
Will every purchase include a pilot bonus?
Only rely on a bonus included in the specific offer you select. A previous promotion does not establish the terms of a later purchase.
Should I add the bonus on top of the displayed total?
Check the labels. In the dated 525-credit example, the total already includes the 25-credit pilot bonus.
Does a credit-review request mean an adjustment was approved?
No. A request and a completed credit adjustment are different events. Check the decision and resulting credit-history entry.
