1. Find the qualification panel
Open an opportunity’s details from For Review. In the captured test example, a panel headed Confirmed on our pre-vet call appears below the requested-service and consultation details. The labels shown can differ by offer: another captured example displayed only phone and email verification.
Read what the particular record actually lists. Do not assume every offer carries all six labels because this example does. A green check belongs to the stated signal; it does not settle the entire decision.
2. Read all six labels precisely
| Label in the example | How to use it in your review |
|---|---|
| Phone verified | The record carries a phone-verification signal. It does not guarantee the person will answer your next call. |
| Email verified | The record carries an email-verification signal. It does not guarantee that your message will receive a reply. |
| Reachable and willing to engage | The panel records this engagement signal. Confirm current interest and availability when you connect. |
| Service request confirmed | Read the listed service request and then define the actual work with the client. A service label is not a complete engagement scope. |
| One-professional disclosure accepted | The record says that disclosure was accepted. The label alone does not state a universal exclusivity period or guarantee a hiring decision. |
| Duplicate and eligibility checked | The record carries this check label. It does not show the complete criteria, method or timing of the check. |
The panel does not document every verification method or when each check was last performed. If a particular fact matters to your decision, ask for clarification rather than inventing a stronger meaning for the label.
3. Read the match explanation separately
The Why this was matched to you section identifies signals associated with the match. In the test example, it lists the requested services, an income band and a pre-vet call. Read this together with Annual income, Profile signal and Consultation.
Use those details to identify what is known and what needs a conversation. An income band is a range. “Virtual” describes the consultation format. A service selection identifies a request; it does not define the client’s complete financial picture or your final deliverables.
4. Make the professional fit decision
- Expertise: does the requested service fit work you are qualified and prepared to deliver?
- Capacity: can you take on the work without compromising existing commitments?
- Timing: what deadline or scheduling expectation still needs confirmation?
- Scope: what records, deliverables and engagement terms need discussion?
- Cost: have you read the opportunity’s current price, status and any relevant total?
An offer has the six qualification labels and requests bookkeeping. Your practice focuses on tax planning and has no bookkeeping capacity this month. The signals may be useful, but the request still does not fit the work you can take on.
If a material detail later appears wrong, record the opportunity ID, the label or service information involved and the facts supporting your concern. Use the support guide to ask for a review. A qualification signal does not guarantee a response, engagement or tax outcome.
Common questions
Does Phone verified guarantee a response?
No. It is a verification signal on the record. It does not promise the person will answer a particular call or message.
Does every opportunity have all six labels?
No. Read the labels on the particular offer. The source examples include one with six labels and another showing phone and email verification only.
Does One-professional disclosure accepted guarantee exclusivity?
The label says that a disclosure was accepted. It does not by itself specify the complete distribution terms, an exclusivity period or a guaranteed hiring decision.
What does Duplicate and eligibility checked prove?
It identifies a check recorded on the opportunity. The panel does not expose the full criteria, method or timing, so do not infer more detail than it states.
Does a qualified opportunity automatically fit my practice?
No. Compare the requested service with your expertise, capacity, timing and intended engagement scope before deciding.
What if a listed signal appears incorrect?
Record the opportunity ID, the specific label or detail and what you observed. Ask support to review that concern; the presence of a label does not establish a refund outcome.
