1. Set the weekdays and time ranges
Open Settings → General, then Availability. Turn on a weekday to expose its start and end times. A day that is off is labeled Unavailable.
The pictured unsaved example turns Monday on from 09:00 to 17:00 and leaves the other days unavailable. Set each day to the hours you intend to offer; check both ends of every range before saving.
2. Save and check the hours
Select Save availability when your choices are ready. Reopen Availability to check that the intended days and times remain. If you see an error or the values do not persist, record the exact message and the range you tried to save.
Appointment hours answer “when can we meet?” Opportunity capacity answers how many new clients you want to take on in a month. Changing one is not evidence that you changed the other.
3. Choose the calendar provider
Open the Calendar tab in General settings. It presents Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, each with its own status and Connect control. Both captured panels say Not connected.
Choose the provider and account you intend to use. If you continue into its sign-in or consent flow, read the requested access and confirm the account. After completing it, return to Uncle Kam and check the resulting connection status.
4. Check the schedule in context
The Calendar panels describe placing booked appointments on the connected calendar and using existing events to keep those times from being offered. Treat that as the product’s described behavior and verify it with your own calendar after connection.
When booking, still check the meeting’s date, duration, time and timezone in Appointments. If a slot looks wrong, review the saved availability, selected calendar/account, relevant existing event and meeting timezone together. A Connect button by itself does not establish that the calendars are connected or synchronized.
Common questions
Are availability hours and opportunity capacity the same?
No. Availability sets appointment time ranges. Opportunity capacity is a monthly new-client preference.
Does Connect mean my calendar is already linked?
No. Check the status. The captured examples say Not connected.
Where do I check the meeting timezone?
In the appointment wizard’s Time zone selector, alongside the date and time choices.
What should I check if a slot looks wrong?
Review your saved weekday hours, calendar connection/account, relevant existing event and the appointment timezone.
